- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly hours for the assigned contract.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and to build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments.
- Passion for beauty, product-driven curiosity and an eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and punctual, reliable attendance (Part‑time: 15–29 hours/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Product knowledge in makeup, skincare and fragrance

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience that demonstrates strong service orientation and the ability to develop client relationships is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
