1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and product regimens.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized, guest‑ready environment.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and competitor activity to provide timely, relevant advice.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies that ensure a safe shopping experience.

1. Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑service environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trend awareness and an ability to translate product knowledge into client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building repeat client relationships.
4. Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
