1. Deliver personalized one‑on‑one beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through application, sampling and education to empower clients in their beauty routines.
3. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends, new product launches and brand innovations to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through client engagement, follow‑up and conversion strategies.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and store standards to ensure a clean, organized and inspiring shopping environment.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere that promotes diversity, respect and teamwork among colleagues.
7. Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming customer experience.
8. Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required weekly shift commitments.

1. Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or client services preferred; entry‑level candidates will be considered.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Team player who thrives in a goal‑oriented, collaborative environment.
6. Availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable attendance.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
