1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.
3. Determine customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
5. Perform makeup applications for customers when necessary.
6. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
7. Pursue additional product learning as needed.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
12. Engage in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
13. Understand cashier host functions as designated.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
