1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
5. Support visual merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming selling environment.
6. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that reflects Sephora’s standards and policies.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
4. Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
