Sephora Beauty Advisor

1. Deliver one-to-one, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and perform makeup/skincare demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
5. Keep current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
7. Be punctual and reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
2. Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Quick learner able to retain and share product knowledge across a broad assortment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
7. Availability to meet required weekly shift minimums for a Flex schedule and to work peak retail hours.
