Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver one-to-one, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform makeup/skincare demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Keep current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.

- Be punctual and reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner able to retain and share product knowledge across a broad assortment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet required weekly shift minimums for a Flex schedule and to work peak retail hours.
