Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate and apply product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Actively drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store environment that reflects Sephora’s brand values and customer-first culture.
- Comply with company policies and support a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- A genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product, brand and application knowledge.
- Availability to work retail peak hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and meet full‑time scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
