1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
2. Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on product application, benefits and fit; stay current with trends and new launches.
3. Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales targets and contributing to store KPIs.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
5. Provide exceptional customer service that fosters long-term client relationships and promotes inclusivity within the store environment.
6. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and professional shopping experience.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays with reliable attendance and punctuality.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Entry-level position; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and develop client relationships is desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related training/certification is a plus.
