1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm.
3. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Share product knowledge with clients as needed.
5. Perform makeup applications for clients when required.
6. Ensure team members complete brand-specific training.
7. Pursue additional product knowledge actively.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control.
10. Communicate stock issues to management.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
13. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
14. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
