1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay informed of beauty trends, new launches, and application techniques to provide current, relevant advice.
4. Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks, and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
6. Support an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.

1. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrated service excellence preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in a goal-driven environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
