1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.

2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product education.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-on-one and in small groups.
4. Reliable availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandising and stock duties.
