1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and product benefits.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and to build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations.
4. Reliable, punctual and available to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required; aptitude for fast learning and client relationship building is essential.
