- Deliver personalized one‑to‑one beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and product benefits.
- Remain current on beauty trends, brand launches and seasonal assortments to provide timely, relevant advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Support inventory control, visual merchandising and the upkeep of a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure, compliant and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to support store operations.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly shift minimums, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
- Passion for beauty and trends with a genuine interest in empowering client confidence.
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing‑intensive duties for retail shifts.
- Team player who learns quickly and shares product knowledge with peers.
