- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Drive sales results by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and service.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client‑facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product discovery with a genuine desire to inspire client confidence.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a goal‑driven approach to sales.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements for part‑time schedules.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry‑level position; previous retail, hospitality, or client‑facing experience preferred and a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
