1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients in their beauty routines.
3. Drive sales results by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and service.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
7. Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client‑facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product discovery with a genuine desire to inspire client confidence.
3. Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
4. Team‑oriented mindset with a goal‑driven approach to sales.
5. Punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements for part‑time schedules.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
