1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and perform product applications to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, contemporary advice.
4. Drive sales performance and exceed store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
6. Foster an inclusive, client‑centric atmosphere and collaborate effectively with store colleagues.
7. Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
8. Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday periods, and meet required weekly shift minimums.

1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge; quick to learn and share expertise.
4. Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative, goal‑driven approach.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail floor duties.
6. Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; availability during peak retail hours.
