Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part‑Time)

- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform product applications to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, contemporary advice.
- Drive sales performance and exceed store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
- Foster an inclusive, client‑centric atmosphere and collaborate effectively with store colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday periods, and meet required weekly shift minimums.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge; quick to learn and share expertise.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative, goal‑driven approach.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail floor duties.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; availability during peak retail hours.
