Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

1. Advise clients and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual needs through in-person consultations.
2. Drive active selling to achieve individual and store sales targets.
3. Build and sustain client relationships following Sephora’s customer service standards (Sephora Attitude).
4. Maintain product presentation: cleanliness, replenishment and visual merchandising of displays and shelves.
5. Perform basic makeup application and demonstrations when required to support sales.
6. Be available for assigned shifts including 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail (trade) Sundays.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with ease in building rapport and trust with clients.
2. Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, product trends and new launches.
3. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to shared targets.
5. Full availability for scheduled store hours, including selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.

Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred. Practical experience with makeup or beauty consultations is an advantage.
