Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and regimen building.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and brand innovations to provide relevant, inspiring advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs, including conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised and visually compelling selling floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold company policies to create a safe and welcoming client experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shift/hours for part-time roles.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Client consultation and needs analysis
- Retail sales and up‑selling techniques
- Product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance
- Merchandising and basic inventory management
- Point-of-sale (POS) operation and cash handling
- Trend awareness and product education
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service is valued.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
