Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

1. Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer service excellence.
2. Passion for beauty and trends with the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
4. Availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods.
