Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on skincare and makeup routines to build confidence and repeat business.
- Proactively drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through clienteling, upselling, and targeted product promotions.
- Maintain store presentation standards: support merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming retail environment.
- Monitor beauty trends and new launches, sharing insights with clients and colleagues to keep recommendations current and relevant.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere by adhering to company standards and promoting a culture of respect and belonging.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet part-time minimum hours (15–29 hrs/week).
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product innovation, with eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, KPI-driven environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail tasks.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance, with flexibility to work peak retail hours.
