Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

1. Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on skincare and makeup routines to build confidence and repeat business.
3. Proactively drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through clienteling, upselling, and targeted product promotions.
4. Maintain store presentation standards: support merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming retail environment.
5. Monitor beauty trends and new launches, sharing insights with clients and colleagues to keep recommendations current and relevant.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere by adhering to company standards and promoting a culture of respect and belonging.
7. Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet part-time minimum hours (15–29 hrs/week).

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product innovation, with eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
4. Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, KPI-driven environment.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail tasks.
6. Punctuality and consistent attendance, with flexibility to work peak retail hours.
