Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Remain current with industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually compelling sales floor; support inventory and merchandising tasks.

- Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and dependable.
