Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
3. Remain current with industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
5. Maintain a clean, organized and visually compelling sales floor; support inventory and merchandising tasks.
6. Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the client experience.
7. Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

1. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with strong product curiosity.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
4. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and dependable.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Entry-level role. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is essential.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
