Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

1. Deliver personalized one-on-one consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet clients’ beauty needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies for a safe retail experience.
7. Be available for and reliably attend scheduled shifts including peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role.
2. Passion for beauty products, trends and educating clients to boost confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
4. Flexible availability to meet required minimum weekly hours and work peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
6. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.

Entry-level role; prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred and advantageous but candidates with strong customer service aptitude and a passion for beauty will be considered.
