Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and benefits.
- Stay informed on beauty trends, new product launches, and competitive activity to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks, and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Meet scheduling requirements, including availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence through product discovery.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
