1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented atmosphere and adhere to Sephora operational and safety policies.
7. Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build lasting client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing environments.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, product knowledge, and trends.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
4. Collaborative team player with a goal‑oriented mindset.
5. Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
6. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
