1. Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming customers, delivering tailored product advice and building long-term client relationships.
2. Drive store performance by recommending Sephora products and services, converting consultations into sales and achieving commercial objectives.
3. Create memorable, high-quality in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of service and hospitality.
4. Participate in in-store activations, promotions and commercial challenges to increase footfall and sales.
5. Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and stock organisation to uphold store standards.
6. Operate the point-of-sale system, complete transactions and perform clienteling and follow-up activities.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.

5. Availability to work a 35-hour schedule on site, including evenings and weekends as required by retail operations.

Fixed salary plus attractive variable compensation.
