Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalised beauty consultations across fragrance, makeup, skincare and haircare to drive sales and client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to KPI performance through active selling, promotions and clienteling.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand stories, benefits and usage advice to customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and product presentation align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in onboarding, training programmes and ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service at point of sale, handle transactions accurately using the POS system and manage client records.
- Minimum one year of customer-facing experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
- Residence in the province of the vacant position (Pamplona) or local commutable location.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a demonstrable passion for the beauty industry.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

At least one year of direct, customer-facing experience within the beauty, cosmetics or personal care retail environment, with evidence of sales performance and client advisory duties.
Secondary education or vocational qualification; formal beauty/esthetic certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
