1. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to advise clients on makeup, fragrance and skincare products and to drive sales.
2. Demonstrate and apply beauty products — including makeup application and skincare consultations — to showcase benefits and fit client needs.
3. Maintain merchandising standards, ensure product availability and execute visual displays consistent with brand guidelines.
4. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and support stock replenishment and inventory controls.
5. Participate in onboarding, training and store initiatives tied to retail expansion and local promotional activity.

1. Minimum one year of hands-on experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
2. Clear vocation for customer service with proven ability to build rapport and convert consultations into sales.
3. Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Residence within the province of the vacancy and full legal right to work in Spain.
5. Passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and continuous learning.
