- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service across colour, skincare and fragrance categories; greet and engage customers proactively.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products and paid beauty services; perform makeup applications and consultations as required.
- Share product knowledge and upsell services to meet individual client requirements and drive sales targets.
- Train and mentor colleagues; ensure designated team members complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product education.
- Support operational excellence: participate in inventory control, report stock issues to store management, and comply with sampling policies.
- Perform cashier/host duties when assigned and participate in store events, promotions and loss-prevention programmes.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evenings and weekends.
- Passion for beauty and demonstrable knowledge of makeup, skincare and fragrance.
