1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients about makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Stay informed on the latest product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through client engagement and follow-up.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company standards and safety policies.

1. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment (preferred).
2. Passion for beauty, current trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
4. Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with colleagues and clients.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and available for nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.

Entry-level. Prior retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required; training provided to build product and sales expertise.

High school diploma or equivalent; formal beauty/cosmetology training is a plus but not required.
