1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to each client.
2. Demonstrate product expertise in makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve sales objectives and KPIs through clienteling, upselling and maintaining client records.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold company policies and safety standards.
7. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong service delivery.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail standing/movement for shifts.
6. Reliable availability to meet the role's required weekly hours and punctual attendance expectations.

Entry-level role; previous client-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
