Sephora Beauty Advisor

1. Deliver tailored, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product application and usage; educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance to build trust and loyalty.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
4. Drive store results by meeting and exceeding sales targets, conversion metrics and other assigned KPIs.
5. Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory activities to ensure an organized, inviting sales floor.
6. Uphold Sephora’s operational standards and company policies to create a safe, inclusive and compliant shopping environment.
7. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
8. Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
