1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through clienteling, conversion and add-on selling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
6. Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, inclusive and exceptional shopping experience.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong collaborator in team settings.
4. Availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet part‑time minimum hours (15–29 hrs/week).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing retail duties for extended periods.
