Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through clienteling, conversion and add-on selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.

- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.

- Availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet part‑time minimum hours (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing retail duties for extended periods.
