- Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments, including Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, and Fragrances.
- Convey knowledge about products, trends, and new beauty innovations to customers.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Conduct storage and inventory management in both the warehouse and sales area.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion sectors.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in French; basic English skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
Competitive market-aligned salary with a monthly sales target bonus.
