1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance, as well as at the checkout area.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
3. Determine clients' needs and suggest products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with clients as appropriate.
5. Perform makeovers for clients as needed.
6. Ensure team members have completed in-depth brand training.
7. Actively pursue additional product learning as required.
8. Train other Beauty Advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control.
10. Communicate stock issues or concerns to the manager.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
13. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
14. Understand cashier-specific functions.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely at all levels.
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
