- Perform makeovers for clients as needed.
- Ensure team members have completed in-depth brand training.
- Actively pursue additional product learning as required.
- Train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control.
- Communicate stock issues or concerns to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
- Understand cashier-specific functions.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely at all levels.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills
