1. Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments, including Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrances.
2. Communicate product knowledge, trends, and new beauty innovations to clients.
3. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
4. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
5. Manage storage and inventory both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Previous experience in sales, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion sectors.
2. Fluency in French; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.

1. Excellent customer communication skills.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
