- Deliver personalized in-store consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual presentation to ensure a welcoming, well-stocked sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting a positive guest experience.
- Adhere to Sephora Canada policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant shopping environment.
- Work a flexible schedule and be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role demonstrating strong customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly and share it with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
