1. Deliver personalized in-store consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual presentation to ensure a welcoming, well-stocked sales floor.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting a positive guest experience.
7. Adhere to Sephora Canada policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant shopping environment.
8. Work a flexible schedule and be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role demonstrating strong customer service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly and share it with clients.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
