Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that respond to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through consultative selling and client conversion.

- Keep abreast of beauty trends, new launches and retail techniques to provide current, compelling advice.

- Demonstrated retail or client-service experience, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics environment.
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends, with the confidence to advise clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to a high‑energy, target‑driven environment and supports inclusion.
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly hours and work peak periods (nights, weekends, statutory holidays).
- Physically able to lift and move up to 22.7 kg.
