- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on product usage and benefits across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant and current advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and product discovery.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and brand-compliant.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports team objectives and a welcoming client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service role preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends, and client empowerment.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to retain and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and consistent attendance required.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality, beauty or another client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
