1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate and educate clients on product usage and benefits across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant and current advice.
4. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and product discovery.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and brand-compliant.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports team objectives and a welcoming client experience.
7. Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
8. Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service role preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends, and client empowerment.
3. Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
4. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to retain and share product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
