1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations and education that empower clients to make informed purchases.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
5. Support merchandising and inventory processes to maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.
7. Work flexible hours and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current trends.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Collaborative, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
6. Reliable availability to meet the role's minimum weekly shift requirements.
