1. Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build routines and confidence.
3. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
6. Foster an inclusive, client-focused environment that aligns with Sephora’s standards and company policies.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role preferred; demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to continually learn and share expertise.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship-building capability.
4. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
