1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
7. Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly hours for the role.

1. Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, current trends and product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service orientation.
4. Collaborative team player comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and adapting quickly to new product information.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop strong client relationships and meet sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
