1. Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through expert product advice in makeup, skincare and fragrance.
2. Build and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business.
3. Execute daily sales activities including operating the point-of-sale, processing transactions and meeting store objectives.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation and inventory accuracy to brand guidelines.
5. Participate in onboarding, brand trainings and internal learning programs to deepen product knowledge.
6. Support store initiatives and contribute to a retail expansion project as required by the site leadership.

1. Minimum one year of experience in beauty retail or a related customer-facing role.
2. Fluent spoken and written English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
3. Local residency in the province of the vacancy or the ability to commute to the Castellana (El Corte Inglés) location.
4. Demonstrable customer-orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
5. Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.

At least 1 year of professional experience in the beauty sector or cosmetics retail, with proven customer-facing sales experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetics/beauty therapy is advantageous.
