1. Provide a unique and memorable shopping experience by welcoming customers warmly and offering personalized consultations.
2. Support the store manager and specialists in daily operations to ensure seamless store functioning.
3. Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapting to strategic changes as directed by management.
4. Manage inventory and deliveries efficiently to maintain optimal stock levels.
5. Foster a strong team spirit by collaborating effectively with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.

1. Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Strong understanding of key retail performance indicators.
3. High school diploma.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail or beauty consultancy roles.
