1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
4. Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually appealing.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, team-focused store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
7. Adhere to scheduled shifts and be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and a desire to empower client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
4. Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it into client guidance.
5. Reliable availability for required weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated client-facing service ability is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in cosmetology or beauty is an asset but not required.
