1. Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and merchandising standards to ensure relevant advice and visual excellence.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, visual standards and ensure the selling space is clean, organized and inviting.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and represent Sephora’s customer-first culture.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
8. Be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty products, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
4. Fast learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge to clients.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock/merchandising tasks.
6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including peak retail hours.

Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
