1. Deliver professional, product-led consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance that reflect Sephora’s service philosophy and elevate the customer experience.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPIs through proactive clienteling and product recommendations.
3. Adhere to hygiene protocols and operational SOPs throughout the customer service process, including application and testing procedures.
4. Support daily store operations as assigned by store management, including cashiering and accurate execution of promotional and CRM policies.
5. Prepare and maintain product displays within the assigned area, replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure visual standards align with brand guidelines.
6. Participate in stock management activities — receiving, returns and inventory counts — and implement first-in, first-out and 5S principles to minimise shrinkage.
7. Complete required company and brand trainings, pass requisite assessments, and share knowledge with colleagues to foster collective development.
8. Report operational issues and product/visual concerns to store management in a timely manner and assist with ad hoc tasks as directed.
