1. Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
5. Support inventory accuracy and stock replenishment; assist with receiving, organizing and merchandising product.
6. Maintain an inviting, clean and well-presented store environment consistent with brand visual standards.
7. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and participate in store initiatives and training.
8. Adhere to company policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-focused environments preferred; demonstrable ability to build strong client relationships.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and educating clients.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven mindset.
5. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
