1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales and achieve assigned performance targets and KPIs through client conversion and relationship building.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
6. Uphold company policies to create a safe, inclusive and compliant shopping environment.
7. Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly hours.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Reliable, punctual and able to meet scheduled shifts consistently, including peak retail hours.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop client relationships is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
