1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to make informed purchases.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
4. Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion.
5. Support visual merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

7. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.

1. Entry‑level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client‑facing experience preferred and demonstrable customer service ability.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and delivering confidence through product knowledge and application.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
4. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and punctual attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
