1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and objectives.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure an organized, attractive sales floor.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, team-focused environment and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe shopping experience.

1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred but not required).
2. Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
4. Reliable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and dependable attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal or informal training in cosmetics, esthetics or beauty retail is a plus.
