2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sephora's product range, including fragrances, makeup, haircare, and skincare.
4. Support the team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Contribute to creating a festive and dynamic shopping environment.

1. Previous experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
2. Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in current beauty trends.

1. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3. Proficiency in English or other languages is advantageous.

Prior experience in a beauty advisory role is preferred.
